S7610E-X主控板加载失败

 S7610E-X，R7643P06版本升级过程中，主控板加载失败，进入boot菜单界面发现无法查看文件，无法传入文件，初步怀疑flash故障

老版本有个flash的问题，R7634P08解决，掉电重启能恢复：

1. 202208230945

·          问题现象：极低概率出现FLASH无法读写操作。

·          问题产生条件：设备长时间运行。

·          说明：无。
