# S5130S‑28P‑HPWR‑EI 故障分析

## 根因

1. **镜像和硬件型号不匹配**：当前 flash 里是 `s5130s_ei‑cmw710‑system‑r6126p10.bin`，这是**S5130S‑EI**通用镜像，但这台是**S5130S‑28P‑HPWR‑EI**，HPWR 是大功率 POE 版本；镜像校验硬件 ID 不匹配，触发设备类型错误，直接重启。
2. 同时出现`Ctrl+B`按不进去：因为设备解压完镜像立刻就重启，留给你按快捷键的时间窗口极短；而且串口终端如果是 USB 转串口，波特率、流控、串口延迟会导致按键捕获失败。

> 注意：`Ctrl+B` 是进入扩展 BootWare；`Ctrl+D` 是进入基础 BootWare。日志里已经打印 `Press Ctrl+D to access BASIC BOOT MENU`，**优先试 Ctrl+D**，这个是底层基础 boot，不受系统镜像影响。

### 步骤 1：串口配置（非常关键）

- 波特率：**9600**，数据位 8，停止位 1，校验无，**流控全部关闭（XON/XOFF、RTS/CTS 都关掉）**
- 不要用 USB‑串口的虚拟 COM 的延迟模式；建议用**原生串口**，USB 转串口尽量用质量好的。
- 上电瞬间，**不停反复按 Ctrl+D**，不要等打印完 Press Ctrl+B，上电就持续敲击，进入 BASIC BOOT MENU（基础 boot 菜单）。

> 现象：如果进不去 Ctrl+B，就优先抓`Ctrl+D`，这是 S5130S V7 的底层 boot，不受系统镜像损坏影响。

### 步骤 2：进入基础 BootWare 后操作

进入 BASIC BOOT MENU：

1. 选择**Download application file**，通过 Xmodem 上传**正确的 S5130S‑28P‑HPWR‑EI 版本镜像**（注意：必须是带 HPWR 的对应包，不能用普通 S5130S‑EI 通用包）

基础 BootWare 支持 Xmodem，但是速度很慢；S5130S‑28P‑HPWR‑EI flash 256M，镜像大约几十 MB，Xmodem 需要十几分钟，耐心等待。
