二、告警背后的设备规则(H3C 高端框式核心交换机 S10500/S12500/S10200 等)

最低单网板部署要求:必须插在 Fabric2 或 Fabric3 槽位;
多网板冗余:2 块 / 3 块网板按顺序满配 1+2 或 1+2+3。
触发告警场景:整机仅 1 块交换网板,且这块网板插在了 Fabric1 槽位,设备持续打印这条提示日志。
三、风险说明
短期业务无影响:单 Fabric1 可以正常转发流量,不会直接断网;
长期隐患
违反硬件设计规范,设备底层硬件监控持续报错;
后续扩容增加第二块交换网板时,Fabric1+Fabric2 组合才合法,若保持单 1 号板,扩容前仍会持续告警;
部分版本软件会因该异常影响整机硬件健康状态统计,IMC/UCenter 会持续上报硬件异常告警。
四、两种整改方案(按需选择)
方案 1:现场有条件,规范整改(推荐,彻底消除日志)
业务低峰窗口操作,先确认整机业务流量、无在线重要割接;
断电 / 热插拔拔出 Fabric1 槽位这块交换网板;
将这块 Fabric 板插入 Fabric2 或者 Fabric3 空余槽位;
等待板卡自动上线,执行命令查看硬件状态,日志不再重复弹出。

方案 2:暂时无法动硬件(机房无维护窗口,临时规避)
若短期不能停机插拔网板,只能屏蔽该调试日志输出(治标不治本,硬件违规依旧存在)

注意:此操作仅不再打印日志,硬件槽位不规范问题依然存在,后续扩容 Fabric 板仍需要调整槽位。
方案 3:长期冗余扩容(最优架构)
新增第二块交换网板插入 Fabric2 槽位,形成 Fabric1+Fabric2 双网板冗余架构,既消除告警,又实现转发平面冗余,单块网板故障业务不中断。
五、验证操作
调整完槽位后,持续观察 10 分钟日志:

六、补充说明
设备型号:出现该日志为 H3C 高端框式核心(S12500、S10500 系列),仅交换网板槽位布局有此限制;盒式交换机无 Fabric 网板,不会弹出该日志。
日志级别 4(Debug):不属于严重故障告警,不会触发设备硬件故障告警,但运维平台会持续推送异常提示,建议尽快整改规范槽位。
